General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The present terms of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company SAS SYT Technologies with a share capital of €397,505.00, whose registered office is located at 8 chemin des Olivettes – 84 310 Morières-lès-Avignon, registered with the Avignon Trade and Companies Register under number 487 601 049, and transferred to the Nîmes Trade and Companies Register on 18/06/2016 hereinafter referred to as "the seller" and managing the SYT Technologies website, and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the SYT Technologies website hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

The present terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationships between SYT Technologies and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the SYT Technologies website. The acquisition of a product through this site implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order.
In order to place an order with SYT Technologies, you must be at least 18 years old and not be under guardianship.
The products offered are those listed on the SYT Technologies website, subject to availability. The company SAS SYT Technologies reserves the right to change the product range at any time.
The company SAS SYT Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its website. As a result, the applicable terms will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.
The photographs are as true to life as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way.
2. Prices and Deliveries
The offers displayed on SYT Technologies apply only to delivery in mainland France.
The prices listed on SYT Technologies are in Euros (€) including all taxes (VAT included). Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. The company SAS SYT Technologies reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

3. Order/conclusion of the contract
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided at the time of the order. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for this order, we will do everything we can to refund the order using the same method that was used to make the payment. Alternative solutions may sometimes be necessary, in which case our customer service representatives will contact you to arrange the refund.
4. Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address specified on the order form, within the authorised geographical area, to a residential address, a post office, or a collection point. Please note that we only ship to home or office addresses and not to remaining PO boxes.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location of the order. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave our premises or those of the supplier. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the agent or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

5. Withdrawal
Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the purchase of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, and thus request a refund without penalty, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging and condition to the point of sale that made the delivery. The cost of returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Payment terms
6.1. Credit card via STRIPE
SAS SYT Technologies offers the buyer the option to order and pay for their products by credit card via STRIPE. SAS SYT Technologies reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the value of the order, and whether the buyer's address details are correct. We may refuse orders based on the outcome of these checks.
6.2. Others
Please note that we do not accept cash, bank transfers, or cheques.
7. Retention of title
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright on the SYT Technologies website, remain the property of SAS SYT Technologies and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the SYT Technologies website or its content, including copying or storing this content in whole or in part, other than for your personal and non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of SAS SYT Technologies.
8. Dispute Resolution
The present distance selling conditions are subject to French law. For any disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Nîmes.
