Delivery and returns
1. Delivery

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. This means that all taxes and import duties, as well as the applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the products in your order.

In order to provide a premium delivery service, COLISSIMO (a service offered by La Poste) delivers orders in France, including Corsica. Exclusions may apply. Orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes or postal codes.

The order will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email so that you can track your order.

Delivery to France and Corsica:
Service from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders will arrive within 3-5 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the model ordered. Exceptional delays may occur in the event of unforeseen circumstances. At the latest, orders will be delivered within thirty days from the date of order placement. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
2 – Returns

Returns are subject to conditions and must correspond to a manufacturing defect. Defects in a model caused by wear and tear or accidents related to its use will not be accepted, or will be subject to conditions.

Returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a defect is found upon receipt of the order, or within six months from the date of delivery, please contact us.
