1- Intellectual property
The graphic charter and the contents of the site are protected by the legislation relating to the Code of Intellectual Property and applicable International Regulations. Consequently, any representation, reproduction, modification or, more generally, exploitation of the graphic charter or the contents of this site without the express and prior authorisation of SYT Technologies is prohibited.
Any unauthorised use of these elements constitutes an act of copyright infringement and/or infringement of distinctive signs and incurs the criminal and civil liability of the offender.
2- General terms of use of the site and the services offered
The use of the SYT Technologies site implies full and unconditional acceptance of the general terms of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, and users of the SYT Technologies site are therefore encouraged to consult them regularly.
This website is normally accessible to users at all times. However, an interruption for technical maintenance may be decided by SYT Technologies, which will endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention. The SYT Technologies website is regularly updated by the publication manager. Similarly, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they are nonetheless binding on the user, who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to be aware of them.
3- Limitation of liability
The information contained on this site is as accurate as possible and the site is periodically updated, but it may still contain inaccuracies, omissions or gaps. If you notice a gap, error or what appears to be a malfunction, please report it by email, describing the problem as precisely as possible (problematic page, triggering action, type of computer and browser used, ...).
All downloaded content is done at the user's own risk and under their sole responsibility. Consequently, SYT Technologies cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by the user's computer or for any loss of data resulting from the download.

4- Contractual limitations on technical data
The objective is to provide a service that ensures the best accessibility rate. The host guarantees the continuity of its service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible durations, particularly for maintenance purposes, improvement of its infrastructure, infrastructure failures, or if the Services and Deliverables generate traffic deemed abnormal.
SYT Technologies and the host shall not be held responsible in the event of a malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines, or computer and telephony equipment, particularly due to network congestion preventing access to the server.
5- Management of personal data.
The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the law of 21 June 2014 for trust in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
As the data controller of the data it collects, SYT Technologies is committed to complying with the framework of applicable legal provisions. It is primarily the Client's responsibility to establish the purposes of their data processing, to provide their prospects and clients, based on the collection of their consents, with complete information on the processing of their personal data, and to maintain a register of processing activities that reflects reality. Whenever SYT Technologies processes Personal Data, SYT Technologies takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data in relation to the purposes for which SYT Technologies processes them.
5-1 Purpose of the collected data
SYT Technologies may process all or part of the data:
- to enable navigation on the Site and the management and traceability of the services and products ordered by the user: connection and usage data of the Site, billing, order history, etc.
- to prevent and combat computer fraud (spamming, hacking…): computer hardware used for browsing, the IP address, the password (hashed)
- to improve navigation on the Site: connection and usage data
- to conduct optional satisfaction surveys on SYT Technologies: email address
SYT Technologies does not sell your personal data, which is therefore only used when necessary or for statistical and analytical purposes.
5-2 Right of access, rectification and opposition
In accordance with the current European regulations, users of the SYT Technologies site have the following rights:
- right of access (Article 15 GDPR) and rectification (Article 16 GDPR), updating, and completeness of Users' data, right to restriction or erasure of Users' personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR), when they are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or when their collection, use, communication, or retention is prohibited
- right to withdraw consent at any time (article 13-2c GDPR)
- right to the restriction of processing of Users' data (Article 18 GDPR)
- right to object to the processing of Users' data (Article 21 GDPR)
- right to data portability for the data provided by Users, when such data is subject to automated processing based on their consent or a contract (Article 20 GDPR)
- right to determine the fate of Users' data after their death and to choose to whom SYT Technologies must communicate (or not) their data to a third party that it has previously designated
As soon as SYT Technologies becomes aware of a User's death and in the absence of instructions from them, SYT Technologies commits to destroying their data, unless its retention is necessary for evidential purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.
If the User wishes to know how SYT Technologies uses their Personal Data, requests to rectify it, or opposes its processing, the User must specify the Personal Data they would like SYT Technologies to correct, update, or delete, by accurately identifying themselves with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport) electronically at the following email address: contact@syt-Technologies.com or in writing at the following address:

Requests for the deletion of Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on SYT Technologies by law, particularly regarding the retention or archiving of documents. Finally, users of SYT Technologies may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities, including the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
5-3 Non-disclosure of personal data
SYT Technologies prohibits itself from processing, hosting, or transferring the Information collected about its Clients to a country located outside the European Union or recognised as "inadequate" by the European Commission without prior notification to the client. However, SYT Technologies remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors, provided that they offer sufficient guarantees in relation to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
SYT Technologies is committed to taking all necessary precautions to ensure the security of the Information, particularly that it is not disclosed to unauthorised persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Client's Information comes to the attention of SYT Technologies, it must inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken. Furthermore, SYT Technologies does not collect any "sensitive data".
5-4 Security
Whatever efforts are made, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
To ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data and Health Personal Data, SYT Technologies uses networks protected by standard devices such as firewalls, pseudonymisation, encryption, and passwords.
When processing Personal Data, SYT Technologies takes all reasonable measures to protect it against any loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
6- Hypertext links
The website of SYT Technologies may provide links to other websites or other resources available on the Internet.
SYT Technologies has no means of controlling the sites linked to its websites. SYT Technologies does not guarantee the availability of such sites and external sources, nor does it take responsibility for them. It cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind resulting from the content of these sites or external sources, including the information, products, or services they offer, or any use that may be made of these elements. The risks associated with this use are fully borne by the internet user, who must comply with their terms of use.
Users, subscribers, and visitors of the websites of SYT Technologies may not establish a hyperlink to this site without the express and prior permission of SYT Technologies.
In the event that a user or visitor wishes to set up a hyperlink to one of the websites of SYT Technologies, it will be their responsibility to send an email accessible on the site to request the establishment of a hyperlink. 7- « Cookies »
A "cookie" is a small piece of information sent to the User's browser and stored on the User's device (e.g. computer, smartphone), (hereinafter referred to as "Cookies"). This file includes information such as the User's domain name, the User's Internet service provider, the User's operating system, as well as the date and time of access. Cookies cannot in any way damage the User's device.
They may process the User's information regarding their visit to the Site, such as the pages viewed and the searches conducted. This information allows SYT Technologies to improve the content of the Site and the User's navigation.
The Cookies facilitating navigation and/or the provision of services offered by the Site, the User can configure their browser to allow them to decide whether or not to accept them, so that Cookies are stored on the device or, conversely, rejected, either systematically or according to their issuer. If applicable, SYT Technologies disclaims all responsibility for the consequences related to the degraded functioning of the Site and any services potentially offered by SYT Technologies, resulting from (i) the User's refusal of Cookies (ii) the inability of SYT Technologies to record or consult the Cookies necessary for their functioning due to the User's choice. For the management of Cookies and the User's choices, the configuration of each browser is different. This is described in the help menu of the browser, which will indicate how the User can modify their preferences regarding Cookies.
If the User refuses the storage of Cookies on their device or browser, or if the User deletes those that are stored, the User is informed that their browsing and experience on the Site may be limited. 8- Disputes
The present conditions are governed by French law, and any disputes or litigation that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts to which the registered office of SYT Technologies is subject. The reference language for the resolution of any disputes is French.
Definitions
Client: any professional or natural person capable within the meaning of Articles 1123 and following of the Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the Site subject to these general conditions.
User: Internet user connecting, using the aforementioned site.
Personal information: "Information that allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies" (Article 4 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978). The terms "personal data", "data subject", "processor" and "sensitive data" have the meaning defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
Graphic Charter: refers to the creations related to the overall structure of the Site, including brands, logos, and graphics.
Contents: refers to domain names, photographs, animations, texts, case descriptions, and achievements.
